This website is operated by SphereCraft Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15502724, with a registered office at 12 High Street, Wellington, TA21 8RA, England. You may use the free calculator for lawful personal and business calculations.
What the calculator measures
Results depend on your inputs. The basic calculation subtracts cost from selling price. Optional fixed costs and a percentage fee are included only when entered. Markup is measured against total included costs. The target-price mode rounds its result up to two decimal places.
The calculator does not determine VAT treatment, calculate tax, verify platform fee schedules or include expenses you have not entered. Display currency does not convert money. Margin is undefined for zero revenue and markup is undefined for zero total cost; those values are shown as N/A.
Check important decisions
We aim to make the tool accurate, but results are estimates and displayed figures are rounded. Check important calculations independently. The tool and guides provide general information rather than personalised financial, accounting or legal advice.
